This site (The Skill-to-Income Translator) is operated by Janay Lavon ("we", "us", or "our"). This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use the tool, join our email list, or purchase from us.

• Audit responses. The answers you type into the four questions (your profession, lived experience, compliments, and passion topic).
• Email address. Provided when you ask us to send your results or sign up to hear from us.
• Basic technical info. Standard data sent by your browser (IP address, device type, pages visited) used to keep the site running and detect abuse.

We do not knowingly collect payment details on this site. Purchases are handled by third-party providers (such as Stan.store) under their own privacy policies.

• To generate and deliver your income-opportunity results.
• To email you your results and, if you've opted in, future emails about related offers, tools, and resources from Janay Lavon.
• To improve the quality of the tool and our content.
• To respond to questions you send us.
• To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

When you give us your email, you may receive your audit results plus follow-up emails about related products, courses, and offers. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You can opt out at any time and we will stop sending marketing emails to that address.
